HOA Constitutional Government 
Yes they love to pick on single woman for sure..Most are angry men with jealous wives that love seeing single woman picked on. These hateful people love picking on the week and avoid confronting other men. HOAs are in the United States and residents should abide by government laws and protections above any stupid HOA made up rules.
Absolutely. If there are any exceptions they can be enumerated as such.

I believe HOA should be constitutional. Living in a senior park, so many episodes of single women being targeted with property damage & harassment. I witnessed this many times & people become bullies & join = amazing BEHAVIORS by the majority & protect each other with denials. Its rampant across the U. S. A. Just like Neighborhood Watch across the country, no accountability & individual’s personal info given out & they become discredited. Concerning that this is happening more with the political climate.
