Last night at the DNC Kamela Harris warned Americans that their “fundamental freedoms were at stake.” At she will be president for all of us. However, there was no mention that our fundamental freedoms were already lost to some 30% of the people living in authoritarian homeowners associations known as HOAs.

I am envisioning NATIONAL HEARINGS ON HOAs. It’s gotta happen.
What bedeviles and confused is how most people cannot it will not see the truth— how HOA reformers all stop short of naming the actual problem.
Do you have any explanation for that??

I’ve wrestled with that question, too. The conclusion I’ve come to is that HOA owners are afraid that the HOA association will be “killed” off. Not so! They want “fix my problem” and have used national application to help get their problem resolved. Like the auto and bank industries of years ago, that survived failure, HOA-Land is too big to be “killed off.”
