  1. Thanks to you and a few others. I think a lawsuit against HOA ideology for making false statements and violating the CIVIL RIGHTS would be appropriate: Title 18 USC Section 1001 is a criminal statute. Many other federal statues of Title 18 USC shave been violated by the HOA which demonstrate the illegality of private governments and their ridiculous CC&R private laws are glaringly unconstitutional. When you are ready to lead the charge, I will send you supporting evidence to expose the HOA private government.
