Arizona HB 2158 passed the Senate GOV committee 8 – 0. YES!
I congratulate the speakers supporting this bill who told horror stories and made substantive issues of unconstitutional actions by HOAs. It was a broad bill to establish fair election and voting procedures concerning HOA governance issues.

Online interference when I recounted the harassment, monetary theft , & reported again & again with police reports of 21 yrs. living in a senior park in Mesa. Worked as RN in 6 states & in Az. living in senior park, issues occur without management concerns.
There were 131 persons sending in RTS in support of the bill, and only 3 against the bill
