Hi George,
Farnsworth is no friend of homeowners and I can think of only one reason he would support this—to extract money from industry players to prevent it from passing. I will support it on RTS.
My private two cents worth.

I believe legislators can come to see the light and I hope David Farnsworth has. He is the sponsor of the bill and GOV committee chair. It should pass with flying colors, if the past holds true. What to watch for . . . . The Chair decides to hear the bill or kill it outright. When will the bill be heard? Lookout for deadlines. Getting past the GOV committee then requires convincing the Senators to pass the bill — COW will be instructive. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT EMAILS, CALLS, RTS BE SENT BEFORE THE PUBLIC HEARING. That’s when the real decisions are made. So act now! And don’t forget the media — NBC and ABC covered Val Vista but ignored the bill. SET THEM STRAIGHT! I already contacted the GOV members including Farnsworth. How about the other AZ groups?
