AZ SB 1412 reflects move to HOA constitutional reforms

ALERT to Arizonans — SB 1412 seeks to prohibit HOAs and condos from restricting political free speech. Members are permitted to associate, meet, discuss, show signs regarding political activity.  Key wording:
“AN INDIVIDUAL MEMBER OR GROUP OF MEMBERS MAY ORGANIZE TO DISCUSS OR ADDRESS PLANNED COMMUNITY BUSINESS, INCLUDING BOARD ELECTIONS OR RECALLS, POTENTIAL OR ACTUAL BALLOT ISSUES . . . .”

  3. Let me claarify that while this bill pertains to AZ it is a must bill to be imitated in all states to restore member rights. It will give members a voice in the say of the HOA, the BOD, and president free of unreasonable restrictions. IT BRINGS MORE POWER TO THE PEOPLE, that many have complained that they lack, and rightfully so.
    Legislators listen to the people and the more the emails the more they pay attention. A flood of emails saying that ypu favor a bill of this type will get their attention — their assistants keep count of emails on a bill. While you are at it, reference the poll results.
