You know Goerge the many decades that have correctly identified and published the unconstitutional and criminal violations of the HOA regime that it will take something more powerful to dismantle the HOA criminal organization that your wonderful blog.
If you really want to ‘ get rid ‘ of the HOA all together you will need to become another Ghandi or Dr. Martin Luther King. Jr. and inspire all 35 million HOA members to peacefully protest in MASS like marches and non-violent no-cooperation. Until the rascals and arrogant leaders of the HOA secret society feel the wright of dissatisfied and angry HOA homeowners and the sting of their discontent in MASS there will never be change in the faux government.
I believe you are mentally equipped with the Mahatma Ghandi spirit and rally the HOA members to write and sign LETTERS and mail them to the CAI goons in MASS exposing the illegality and unconstitutionality of the HOA secret society. It will it them like a tsunami. You write the letter with your expertise and ask them to type it out on their on PC printer. Have them sign and mail the letter with an ultimatum demanding answers to embarrassing questions. And the letter should include that if the don’t answer the questions that they will in MASS stop paying HOA dues and will join in a CLASS lawsuit filed by you in federal court for violations of the U.S. Constitutional and include the signatures of millions of HOA prisoners held in bondage.
You have everything to gain and nothing to lose by requesting HOA members to join in MASS to say to the HOA scoundrels that they have had enough and it is not time to have these issues litigated before a jury in a civil action demanding damages for violation of civil rights.
Ghandi and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. did it…so can you…the cagey and eloquent George!
Thank you for your support and confidence in my abilities, but time has passed me by. I’m 78 years old and limited in my activities. The time has come for a younger generation to carryon and move forward. My role will continue to be advice and counseling through my many writings.
