And the Land Shall Be Made Good Again: a poem

In the beginning
There was the land,
And the land was good
And the people were happy.

Soon upon the land
Came the moneychangers
In the guise of builders
Of the community.

And the moneychangers said
Behold, the covenants, conditions and restrictions
Were sacred and holy works,
And the people shall flourish and prosper.

"The Voice for HOA Constitutionality". I have been a long-term homeowner rights authority, advocate and author of "The HOA-Land Nation Within America" (2019) and" Establishing the New America of independent HOA principalities" (2008). See HOA Constitutional Government at http://pvtgov.org. My efforts with HOAs took me to a broader concern that was deeply affecting the constituionality of HOAs. Those broad societal and plotical concerns caused me to start this new blog for my commentaries on the State of the New America.

  1. Yes, a fairy tale indeed!

Except when it comes to the HOA bed time story the victim home owners are taken captive by false and misleading innuendo and blatant falsehoods.

Poor little homeowners are like sheep who are awaiting shearing by the big bad wolf known as the HOA and their hired hit men lawyers.

And they all lived in misery ever after.

The end. Or will the masked man the Lone Ranger and his side kick Tonto come to the rescue and kick butt to save the deceived.

The real name of the rider of the white stallion is George.
