We noticed that some of you haven’t responded to our recent attitude survey. Your views are needed to help resolve HOA problems and make HOA living better for all members. The graph below shows our initial response. But your input is valuable and will make our survey a very meaning aid to improving HOA governance.

The Score is the average percentage of respondents in a selected classification. Six classifications are used for three comparisons of any differences in the overall level of authoritarian followership. The 50% mark separates degrees of RWA with lower percentages reflecting an increasing absence of authoritarianism. Percentages above 50% indicate an increasing presence
It is not an individual assessment but an overall assessment of the attitudes of those who exhibit Altemeyer’s authoritarian followers behavior. For example, if the survey shows an average score of 75% for the HOA membership, or general public, it points to a strong authoritarian followers presence.

Early Survey update. At this time the returns do not show a statistical difference between HOA members and the public in general. In other words, the members are just like other non-HOA members. There are too few BOD members responding to the survey making the differences between the BOD directors and general membership indeterminate.
Please encourage all to respond, especially BOD members, Distribute the survey on your blogs and on others. Let’s get past the superficial “satisfaction” surveys and get to the attitudes that motivate HOA member conduct. Addressing these findings will well serve getting to the heart of the HOA dystopia.
tried to respond but the questions are skewed to elicit a final determination, not a valid representation of my opinion on what is needed to better our nation, so I stopped, best to put a comment instead, perhaps you’ll weigh in. Have you considered repealing the 17th amendment? That would give the 10th a standing chance and chopping off the thumb of the feds telling States how to manage their government. Constitution limits the reach of the central government but it sure does encroach into nearly every aspect of our individual lives. It would be nice if you engaged with the comments after your articles, I’ve often asked for more info, clarification, or just confirmation. You have yet to respond, perhaps you will this time.
I am at a loss. What comments to what articles would you wish me to respond to?
