I find it incomprehensible that state legislatures have not required an HOA allegiance to the Constitution. I can understand CAI’s reluctance to even admit that its picture of a better America, a better community, is outside our constitutional system of government. That’s plain secessionist!
Consequently, I propose an Oath of Allegiance to America mandated for all HOAs in every state of the Union. Here’s my proposal:
An Oath of Allegiance to America
We, the Directors of the [ ] HOA, do solemnly affirm allegiance to the United States of America,
One Nation, under God, indivisible,
with liberty and justice for all.
And said Oath shall be mandated by law enacted by state legislatures also implementing the provisions of the Member Declaration of US and State Citizenship, which reads in part:
The association hereby waives and surrenders any rights or claims it may have under law and herewith unconditionally and irrevocably agrees 1) to be bound by the US and State Constitutions . . . . any governing documents of an association not in compliance with the above shall be deemed amended to be in compliance.

HOA Constitutional Government 
I like this George! I hadn’t thought of it, but it would take care of corner of the HOA disaster–not that any state or commonwealth would adopt it. because the CAI would pour tons of money at preventing it…
How timely and appropriate for this subject on this Veteran’s Day 2019 week end celebration.
A week end where the U S military is involved in showing its influence to protect and preserve the righteous principles that Thomas Jefferson and other freedom minded warriors believed were worth fighting for at any cost.
That said the HOA is fundamentally flawed and hypocritical because it is like the IRS whose origin and purpose is to impose upon its victims an unrighteous scheme of power and tyranny to get gain in violation of truth , justice and the American way.
Your proposal of trying to convert devils into angels for the sake of a good cause and to eradicate evil ideology will perhaps be a valiant effort of common sense…but the hell administered by cAI devils in disguise will never be adopted by those in power who like the IRS like being the adversary because they do not believe is making sacrifices for the good of all…sorry but that is the reality.
Like the misery of Satan’s wicked dominion it will only be destroyed by the righteous judgments of God the Most High.
