HOA Constitutional Government 
Contributing factors are home price, number of homes, land, age of home, age of homeowners, amenities, and intelligence and culture of board members. That is a lot to consider when figuring out why some are happy and why some are not. One CC and Bylaws do not fit all because the same one has been grandfathered down since the beginning of HOA’s. It is sorely outdated and was concocted to help the developer not help the homeowner. Until you are one of the homeowners picked on by the board, you don’t realize how evil it gets. I feel that woman homeowners suffer most because they don’t seem to attack men that stand up to them. And they have a long memory…years does not make the harassment end. Everything you do or ask for is met with a fine tooth comb and questioned. It is not a nice way to live and the stress I’m sure contributed to my cancer.
